Can a safe order be done on website?
Yes. The order is processed with the latest SSL technology to encrypt your data during the purchase. When you get to the page to place your credit card or PayPal information, you will see a padlock in the web browser address box. You will know it is secure and safe. (In addition to protect you, we scan the website daily to ensure that we do not see any problems with data threats)
How do I place an order?
Ordering is safe and easy. Follow these steps:
Go to the shop page. Select the product that you want by clicking on the item/add to cart, then you will be brought to the product description page. Click on cart to select, and then you will see a view cart button on the top of the page. Click on the view cart button. If you need to use a coupon code, then add it in the box as well as clicking the apply button. Click proceed to checkout. You will need to put in some personal information for our records of your purchase. Click proceed to PayPal. Follow the directions on the encrypted SSL PayPal page by logging into PayPal to checkout with your PayPal account or by scrolling down to the credit card section to place your credit card information into the page to complete the order. Click to pay.
Remember: The PayPal page must contain the mailing address of the credit card that you are using or it will not process the credit card. The mailing address that you receive your statements would be the right address.

How will my product be delivered?
Product delivery: You should receive an confirmation of your order. The digital product will be emailed to you with the links for download. Please make a back up copy for your records. Due to the number of the emails that are sent, we can experience a delay in product delivery up to two to three hours. If you do not receive your products by this time, please email support at [email protected], so we can manually send the digital product to you. Please put in subject line: Product delivery problem. We need you to place your name, email, phone number, and the product purchased. We will use this to confirm the order, send you the product and to follow up with you to confirm delivery.
What about refunds?
You receive a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You return the physical product in the condition that it was sent to you within 30 days, you will receive a refund minus shipping and handling.

Can I use a coupon on a discount product?
No. You can only use coupons on full price products.
If I am an employee and I purchase the content for the company with a company credit card, can I take the content with me?
The product will belong to the company not the individual.
Are these products geared towards a particular sized company?
These products can be used for companies with any number of employees and locations.
